Problem:
Gun manufacturer required a dual saw to cut both ends (in one operation) of laminated wood for gun stocks to various lengths/angles for the production floor environment.
Solution:
TGI Creations, LLC designed and manufactured a dual saw capable of the manufacturers requirements. Instructions for the setup for each gunstock were provided as well as training of the production staff.
Problem:
Gun manufacturer had issues inserting a gun safety spring on the production line.

Gun manufacturer required a way to remove a blemish from the lathe on the muzzle end of the barrel.
